About the Role

We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Copywriter to craft compelling communication across CRM, website, and performance marketing channels. From emails and WhatsApp messages to website banners, landing pages, and digital ads - your words will help shape how millions experience the joy of gifting with IGP.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to balance creativity with conversion- blending engaging storytelling with results-driven messaging.

What You'll Do

  • Creative conceptualization: Understand briefs to translate marketing goals into ideas and copy that are exciting, effective, and true to IGP's brand voice.
  • Write high-performing copy across emails, WhatsApp, push notifications, and paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Craft compelling website content from homepage banners and category descriptions to landing pages and product narratives.
  • Develop sharp campaign ideas in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
  • Adapt brand tone of voice across multiple formats and audience segments.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine messaging and optimize performance.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research to keep content relevant and impactful.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, CRM, and performance teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Write for offline and retail touchpoints - including standees, message cards, packaging copy, influencer kits, and event/stall creatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years of experience in copywriting for digital-first brands or agencies (preferably D2C, ecommerce, or lifestyle).
  • Proven experience writing for CRM, website, and performance channels - email, WhatsApp, push, banners, ads, landing pages.
  • Strong command of English with a flair for concise, impactful, and creative writing.
  • A keen eye for detail and consistency in tone, grammar, and brand voice.
  • Comfort with feedback and iteration - you value collaboration and refinement.
  • A curious, self-driven mindset with an interest in trends, digital culture, and new marketing formats.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with A/B testing, performance analytics
  • Understanding of visual communication and creative pairing
  • Interest in gifting, lifestyle, or D2C storytelling.
