Purpose of the position
The Marketing Coordinator position primarily involves providing support to the Marketing Director in Sydney to develop and execute well-thought-out, data-driven marketing strategies for your events.
Responsibilities & duties
Ability to craft compelling emails is essential for engaging potential customers and driving sales. By understanding your target audience and tailoring your message to their needs and interests, you can create emails that capture their attention, build trust and credibility, and inspire them to take action.
Maintaining a mindset of self-accountability and being open to continuous learning.
Ensure high standards of marketing copy across websites, EDMs, brochures and other marketing collateral.
Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and understanding what levers to use to drive engagement, maximize lead-generation and event attendance.
Act as a brand guardian for the events in your portfolio.
Setting up and managing your events in our CRM, Marketing Automation, and websites platforms.
Sourcing and managing industry and media partnerships.
Analyzing and reporting on your campaigns to drive value.
Technical Skills and Personal qualities
Experience in marketing B2B Conferences/Workshops.
Experience in using marketing automation systems or a CRM.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Good time-management skills.
An ability to work under deadlines.
