Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Remote | Night Shift | Canada Clients)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Shift: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift – Canada Time Zone)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Canada-based clients. This role is ideal for candidates with advertising/marketing agency experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on exposure to digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities- Communicate professionally with Canadian clients (calls, emails, virtual meetings)
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end marketing projects
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative teams
- Support graphic design and video editing deliverables
- Utilize modern AI tools for content creation and video production
- Manage timelines, client feedback, and revisions efficiently
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency
- Working knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Kapwing, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-based marketing/content tools
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts (Canada time zone)
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Basic WordPress knowledge
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Website content writing experience
- Personal laptop/desktop (mandatory)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
