Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Remote | Night Shift | Canada Clients)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Shift: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift – Canada Time Zone)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Canada-based clients. This role is ideal for candidates with advertising/marketing agency experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on exposure to digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with Canadian clients (calls, emails, virtual meetings)
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end marketing projects
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative teams
• Support graphic design and video editing deliverables
• Utilize modern AI tools for content creation and video production
• Manage timelines, client feedback, and revisions efficiently
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency
• Working knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Kapwing, etc.)
• Exposure to AI-based marketing/content tools
• Comfortable working permanent night shifts (Canada time zone)
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Basic WordPress knowledge
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Website content writing experience
