You're the glue that holds it all together. A highly organized multitasker with a knack for keeping projects on track, you're equal parts detail-obsessed and people-savvy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and have a talent for turning chaos into coordination. Oh, and you know how to have fun while you're at it.

What You'll Do:

• Project Management: Be the go-to person for coordinating marketing projects across the globe. Keep teams on schedule, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for the global marketing team, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
• Event Support: Help organize and execute marketing events, from webinars to trade shows. You'll be the one behind the scenes making it all look seamless.
• Data Processing: Collect, organize, and manage marketing data to support reporting and decision-making. Excel wizards, step right up.
• Content Assistance: Support the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials across various channels.
• Team Support: Provide tactical support wherever needed, whether it's coordinating meetings, managing calendars, or solving last-minute challenges.
• Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and suggest ways to make our marketing operations even smoother.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support role, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailyou're the person who catches the typo everyone else misses.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Monday.com or Asana wizard skills
• Familiar with B2B marketing tools like Hubspot, CRM, etc.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
• An ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• A love for learning and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
