Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Content & Operations) to support the marketing function in ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, reporting, and coordination activities.
This role will play a key part in maintaining content quality, tracking campaign performance, and supporting overall marketing operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Content Quality Control
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for all marketing content
- Review and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, brochures, and website updates
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and technical accuracy across all content
- Coordinate with external agencies to maintain content quality standards
Campaign Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance
- Generate regular performance reports with accurate data and insights
- Monitor key marketing metrics and flag significant changes or trends
- Maintain tracking systems and documentation for marketing initiatives
Marketing Operations and Coordination
- Support the coordination of content calendar and delivery schedules
- Assist in maintaining marketing asset organization and documentation
- Help streamline content workflow processes and improve execution processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content delivery
- Support planning and coordination of company events, community sessions, and external marketing activities as required
Security & Compliance:
- Ensure secure handling of brand assets and marketing data
- Follow data protection, access control, and approved tool usage
- Maintain confidentiality and protect intellectual property
- Ensure secure collaboration with vendors and external platforms
- Comply with ISO 27001 policies and report security incidents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content editing, quality control, or marketing coordination, or operations
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in campaign tracking and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology marketing
- Familiarity with AI content tools and automation
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience working with marketing agencies
