Purpose of the role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key execution role within the marketing team, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing activities that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role supports campaigns, events, content, digital activity and operational marketing processes across a B2B technology environment, including managed services, cloud, cybersecurity and systems integration.
This is an ideal role for an organised, detail‑oriented marketer who enjoys working across multiple initiatives, has strong communication skills, and is looking to build a career in B2B technology marketing.
The role is based in Brennan's Mumbai office and offers a flexible working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week. Working hours are aligned to the Australian business, with an early morning start of 5am local Mumbai time
Role Responsibility
Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events and special projects.
- Assist with campaign timelines, briefs, approvals and asset delivery
- Coordinating go-to-market support for services, solutions and industry focused initiatives
Content & Communications
- Coordinate the creation of content to support the sales teams.
- Maintain content libraries and version control across platforms
- Sales team communication - new content, campaign updates, enablement etc.
Digital & Social Marketing
- Support email marketing execution, including build, testing, scheduling and reporting
- Manage Brennan's social media (LinkedIn)
Events & Sponsorships
- Track and communicate event registrations
- Create guest bios for registered contacts
- Assist with post event reporting
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Maintain marketing trackers, calendars and workflow tools (e.g. Asana, budget)
- Support reporting on campaign performance, events and digital activity
- CRM data hygiene tasks including contact creation, deactivation, lead creation etc,
- Complete EOM finance reporting review
- Manage supplier billing, payments and tracking
- Vendor campaign POE, performance and claim submission management
Inbound Lead Management
- Manage inbound mailbox to first pass qualify inbound leads in consult with the CER
- Create leads in the CRM, allocate and communicate to the sales team
- Fortnightly lead reporting and communication
Sales Enablement
- Work with SME from across the business to plan and deliver enablement for the Customer team
- Per and post session communications. On-demand session hosting via SharePoint site.
Stakeholder & Team Support
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, service lines and leadership
- Collaborate with external partners such as technology vendors and agencies
- Determine best use cases for AI augmentation to drive efficiency and scale for your role
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the marketing team as required
Key Competencies
- 2-3 years experience in a marketing, communications or coordinator role
- Experience within a B2B professional services or managed services industry
- Experience using Dynamics CRM & Customer Insights platform
- Proven experience managing finance reporting and payments
- Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Australian English
- Basic understanding of brand, go-to-market and demand generation principles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Curiosity on how to use AI to deliver efficiency and scale to your role - have used Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT etc.
- A proactive, initiative‑driven mindset with a continuous improvement focus
