About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, execution, and working across multiple teams to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials
Content & Social Media Support
- Support day-to-day management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Assist in content scheduling, posting, and basic community management
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure calendars and deliverables are on track
Project & Team Coordination
- Act as a central point of communication between marketing, sales, and external partners
- Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables using tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or similar
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure deadlines are met
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Maintain marketing trackers, campaign reports, and performance dashboards
- Collect and organize campaign data (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Support the marketing manager in preparing reports and presentations
Events & Offline Activities (If Applicable)
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, activations, photoshoots, or on-ground marketing activities
- Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or operations role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content workflows
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience working in a marketing agency, startup, or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, Trello, or Asana
- Basic understanding of paid ads, influencer marketing, or CRM tools
- Eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
