CMMI Level 5 software and IT project execution company headquartered in Bangalore, is looking to hire a Marketing Content Writer through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented content professional with experience in B2B technology marketing, SEO, digital content strategy, and AI-powered content creation. The ideal candidate will create compelling content that strengthens the company's brand, supports lead generation, and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development
• Create engaging content for the company website, blogs, and thought leadership articles.
• Develop content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Write email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and customer success stories.
• Create brochures, presentations, marketing collateral, and product descriptions.
2. Marketing & Campaign Content
• Develop compelling copy for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create content for landing pages and product launches.
• Support employer branding and lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
3. Business Development Support
• Prepare proposal content and tender documentation.
• Create company profiles, capability statements, and client presentations.
• Develop pitch decks and sales enablement content to support business growth.
4. SEO & AI-Powered Content
• Write SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini to enhance content quality and productivity.
• Monitor content performance and optimize content based on analytics and engagement metrics.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, HR, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
• Manage multiple content projects while maintaining high quality and consistency.
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience: 2–5 years in Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or B2B Content Marketing.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in B2B Technology, IT Services, Healthcare, Telecom, or e-Governance content writing is preferred.
• Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is highly desirable.
