  • Own the end-to-end content editorial calendar aligned to Capillary's positioning in enterprise loyalty management and AI-driven customer engagement across regions and industries.
  • Develop high-impact B2B content that supports pipeline and thought leadership: website pages, blogs, eBooks, industry POVs, case studies, email nurtures, event collateral, and sales enablement decks.
  • Lead social media content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant B2B platforms to strengthen brand presence, product storytelling, employer branding, and thought leadership.
  • Translate product value into compelling narrativeswork closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to create messaging that clearly differentiates Capillary's platform, use cases, and outcomes for enterprise brands.
  • Create launch and campaign content for new features, platform updates, partnerships, and major announcements (e.g., reports/recognitions, acquisitions, new AI capabilities), ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Manage website and SEO content performance: keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content refreshes, internal linking, and improving rankings for loyalty/CDP/retail engagement themes.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Growth teams to build conversion-focused content for paid/organic campaigns (landing pages, ad copy variants, etc), and iterate based on funnel performance.
  • Build strong customer-proof assets: collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and clients to craft case studies, testimonials, and solution stories that highlight measurable business impact.
  • Maintain brand voice and content governance: ensure messaging consistency, tone, and quality across global teams; create templates and playbooks for repeatable content production.
  • Leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate ideation, outlines, repurposing, editing, and optimizationwhile ensuring originality, accuracy, and brand tone.
  • Measure and report content ROI using clear KPIs (organic traffic, engagement, MQL/SQL influence, conversions, time-on-page, assisted pipeline, content velocity) and optimize accordingly.
  • Stay current on loyalty/CRM/CDP and AI trends and convert market insights into timely POVs and executive-ready narratives that reinforce Capillary's leadership position.

Skills And Expertise

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B content (Content Executive / Content Specialist or similar), ideally in SaaS/MarTech/enterprise tech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Commerce, or a
  • related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and
  • conversion-oriented copy.
  • Proven experience creating and editing high-performing web and sales copy (web pages,
  • landing pages, emails, decks, solution briefs).
  • Strong attention to detail (grammar, consistency, factual accuracy, brand voice).
  • Comfortable working with project management and CRM/marketing tools such as HubSpot,
  • Google Analytics, SEMRush, Salesforce, etc (plus content workflows, approvals, and
  • reporting).
  • Working knowledge of SEO basics and content performance measurement (GA/Google
  • Search Console or similar preferred).
  • AI proficiency (required): hands-on experience using AI writing/research tools to speed up
  • content creation (ideation, outlining, repurposing, optimization) with strong human judgment
  • for fact-checking, tone, privacy, and plagiarism-safe originality.
