About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Manager to lead and execute VLCC's digital content ecosystem across social media, CRM, website, video, and performance marketing channels. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and project managementbuilding content that strengthens brand positioning, drives engagement, and supports business growth.
You will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, designers, video editors, production teams, AMMs, and agencies to deliver high-impact content across all platforms.
Education & Background Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or English Literature
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Brand Management preferred
- 58 years overall experience; 35 years in digital content strategy, social media, or marketing communications
- Experience in beauty, wellness, health, lifestyle sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, YouTube ecosystems, CRM communication, Influencer & ORM
- Exceptional English language commandbrand writing, conceptual thinking, and storytelling
- Proven experience in social media content, ad copy, long-form writing, and video scripting
- Ability to manage large-scale content calendars and cross-functional project timelines
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Build and execute a unified content strategy supporting brand campaigns, product launches, and performance marketing.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and integrate modern content trends: reels, shorts, podcasts, influencer formats, expert-led content, etc.
Content Development & Execution
- Create and supervise digital content for social media, website, CRM, YouTube, and outdoor/in-clinic branding.
- Translate complex medical/technical information into simplified, credible, consumer-friendly storytelling.
- Script and oversee expert videos, social-first video content, influencer videos, and YouTube content.
- Write and edit high-quality copy, captions, scripts, ad copies, long-form articles, and digital campaign messaging.
- Ensure brand tonality, accuracy, and compliance across all communication.
Production & Coordination
- Own the content production workflowfrom ideation to scripting, shoot supervision, approvals, and deployment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, freelancers, and the design/production ecosystem.
- Support content shoots (expert videos, clinic visuals, transformation stories, testimonials).
Performance & Quality
- Ensure consistency, freshness, and high performance of content across channels.
- Optimize content based on analytics, platform insights, and campaign goals.
- Maintain agility to respond to real-time trends, brand moments, and topical opportunities.
