About the Role

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager / Cultural Marketing Manager to join the John Jacobs marketing team at Lenskart - Delhi/NCR. This role sits at the intersection of content, social media, brand collaborations and cultural marketing, and is responsible for building brand love through ideas, events, campaigns and experiences that make John Jacobs one of India's most aspirational eyewear brands.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media, internet culture and premium brand marketing, and enjoys creating campaigns that people genuinely want to engage with, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the content marketing roadmap for John Jacobs across social and digital platforms.
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to conceptualize and execute high-impact social campaigns, content series and always-on brand initiatives.
  • Lead collaborations with brands, designers, creators and cultural IPs to create distinctive brand moments.
  • Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities including giveaways, cross-brand campaigns and social-first partnerships.
  • Conceptualize and execute cultural marketing initiatives including pop-ups, experiential events, creator experiences, influencer marketing and premium brand activations.
  • Develop campaign concepts for new launches, seasonal moments and special projects, working closely with the Brand and Creative teams.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic partnerships aligned with the John Jacobs brand.
  • Stay on top of social trends, emerging creators, cultural conversations and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities for the brand.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencers to develop engaging, premium content that aligns with the John Jacobs aesthetic.
  • Track campaign performance, derive insights and continuously optimize content and collaboration strategies.

Preferred Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing or Integrated Marketing.
  • Experience working with consumer, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, premium retail or D2C brands.
  • Demonstrated experience in building social-first campaigns, brand collaborations, content marketing and experiential initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, creator ecosystems, internet culture and premium brand storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for design, aesthetics and storytelling.
