1. Content & Script Writing (Hindi-First)- Write short-form video scripts in Hindi / Hinglish (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Adapt messaging for hooks, body, and CTA.
- Ensure scripts sound natural, conversational, and audience-friendly (not translated English).
2. Social Media Planning- Create weekly and monthly content plans for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Decide:
- Content themes
- Posting frequency
- Content formats (reels, carousels, static posts)
- Align content with product launches, sales, and campaigns.
3. Execution via Designers- Convert ideas and scripts into clear briefs for designers.
- Coordinate with designers to:
- Get creatives executed on time
- Maintain brand tone and visual consistency
- Review creatives and give clear, actionable feedback.
4. Content Optimization- Track performance of content (reach, engagement, saves).
- Suggest improvements in hooks, formats, and storytelling.
- Repurpose high-performing content across platforms.
