You'll transform our day-to-day work into clear, consistent public updates across social media (LinkedIn/Instagram) and a monthly email newsletter. Your role is to build a simple content system that captures what we're building, the projects we're shipping, and the problems we're solving, and turns them into high-quality, consistently published content.

MTFs (Monday-to-Friday Sprints): One focused week to deliver a working platform by Friday. It's our fastest way to prove our expertise and deliver real value to clients. What you'll do

  • Build a content capture system: Create a simple intake process with leadership and PMs to collect wins, launches, learnings, and problems solved. Maintain a running content backlog.
  • Write and publish social content: Draft clear, concise posts for LinkedIn (primary) and Instagram (supporting) with actionable takeaways and links to demos or write-ups.
  • Document customer success stories: Turn completed work into short case snippets. Maintain a searchable content library.
  • Own the monthly newsletter: Manage the email list, curate monthly highlights, ship on schedule, and track basic metrics and replies.
  • Maintain publishing consistency: Keep the editorial calendar up to date and meet agreed weekly and monthly publishing targets.
  • Manage our web presence: Ensure that all this content is also reflected on our website & review platforms such as Clutch.
  • Measure and optimise: Report monthly on engagement and conversions (clicks, replies, demo requests) and recommend improvements based on performance.
  • Create collateral: decks, case studies, and landing pages the team can use for marketing content and client meetings.

What we're looking for

  • 13 years in content or social media for tech companies
  • Clear, concise writing with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Comfortable interviewing teammates to extract the heart of a story
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and email newsletters
  • Organised, reliable with deadlines, and consistent with publishing schedules

Bonus points

  • Basic analytics skills to track engagement and improve conversions
