Job Title: Marketing & Content Executive
Location: Vadodara, India
Shift Timings: US Eastern
Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials to support the sales team (one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, etc.)
- Design and update presentations for client meetings and internal use
- Create and manage LinkedIn content including company posts, hiring announcements, and updates
- Draft engaging content for branding, campaigns, and internal communication
- Work closely with Sales Ops to understand requirements and create relevant content
- Maintain consistency in company branding across all materials
- Support employer branding initiatives (joining announcements, employee highlights, etc.)
- Assist in basic design work using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or similar platforms
- Organize and maintain a repository of all marketing and sales materials
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and inputs for campaigns
Required Skills:
- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- Good sense of content, messaging, and audience understanding
- Basic design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools)
- Ability to create clean, professional, and visually appealing materials
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or operations support
- Freshers with relevant certifications and courses can apply.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content and basic branding concepts
- Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation
Preferred:
- English or Communications Major
