We're Hiring: A Modern-Day Marketer & Storyteller (Who Executes, Not Just Strategises)

Kidspreneurship is building something boldreimagining how children develop creativity, confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age.

We're looking for a modern-day marketer and storyteller who can take our brand to the next levelnot by giving high-level gyaan, but by rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.

This role IS for you if:

You can think big and execute daily

You write, publish, post, iterate, and optimise yourself

You believe great marketing is built through consistency, not campaigns alone

You care about impact as much as impressions

What you'll actually DO (not just plan)
  • Own the Kidspreneurship brand story end-to-end and tell it consistently across platforms
  • Create content yourself: posts, narratives, reels, videos, case studies, landing copy
  • Turn classroom moments, student projects, kits, teachers, and impact into powerful stories
  • Drive real outcomes: school interest, parent engagement, partnerships, credibility
  • Execute campaigns from idea asset launch learn repeat
  • Work closely with the founder and core team to translate vision into visible momentum

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is deeply creative and extremely dependable
  • Has 35+ years of hands-on marketing / content / brand experience
  • Is an excellent writer and storyteller (non-negotiable)
  • Has built or scaled a brandnot just managed one
  • Understands that in a startup, execution > perfection
