Role Overview
The Marketing Consultant will handle
end-to-end branding and marketing execution for HiWox in Bhubaneswar and beyond.
You will work directly with the founder and core team to:
- Define positioning
- Create demand
- Generate qualified leads
- Build brand authority
- Convert interest into revenue opportunities
Key Responsibilities
1 Branding & Positioning
- Develop brand identity and messaging clarity
- Define communication strategy for healthcare and gym segments
- Create pitch decks, brochures, and marketing collaterals
- Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
2 Digital Marketing Execution
- Handle social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversions
- SEO and content planning for healthcare keywords
3 Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate B2B leads (Gyms, Hospitals, Clinics)
- Build outreach funnels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
- Track leads and optimize conversion pipeline
- Work closely with sales for closures
4 On-Ground Marketing (Bhubaneswar Focus)
- Build partnerships locally
- Attend healthcare and gym networking events
- Execute offline marketing experiments
- Identify institutional collaboration opportunities
5 Analytics & Reporting
- Track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Measure campaign performance
- Provide weekly growth reports
- Suggest growth hacks and experiments
