• Detailed Job Description Proofreading and Editing: Take ownership of proofreading, editing, and ensuring the quality control of all content. Ensure that all content is error-free, grammatically accurate, consistent with style and formatting guidelines, and adheres to organisation s voice and guidelines.
• High-Quality Content Production: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and user-focused content that aligns with the group s goals, tone, and objectives. Ensure that all content is tailored to meet the needs of our target audience.
• Content Volume Management: Manage the production and timely delivery of a high volume of content pieces each month, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality or relevance to the internal group site audience.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to oversee the creation of videos, infographics, and other visual content to enhance user engagement and improve the overall site experience. HTML/CSS Experience: Leverage HTML and CSS skills to format and customize content for the SharePoint site, ensuring content is visually appealing, functional, and optimized for user engagement. Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues related to layout and design is a plus.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, department managers, and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, Engg., HR) to ensure content is strategically created, curated, and aligned with needs for the group site.
