UPL is hiring for Communications Specialist.
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Shift: 3PM-12 AM /6 PM-3 AM
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reference Guide Updates
- Manage the various reference documents, to ensure they are kept up to date. This includes:
- Maintaining a current sales roster is available to comms team and agency partners
- Retailer list with coordinating sales rep assigned
- Product Trademarks and legal language for all materials
- Image Library
- Budget Spreadsheet
- Comms Job Tracker
Trademark Approvals
- Work with marketing to manage the status of US and Canada Trademark requests for extension and proof of use.
- Confirm if marks applied for should be extended or abandoned.
- Provide documentation of use for all existing trademarks in use.
- Manage the list if trademark requests from marketing and ensure information and approvals are shared with the teams.
Website Updates:
- Responsible for maintaining the US, Canada and Environmental Services websites. This includes making updates to content where possible and keeping a list and following up on updates that are sent to global to be completed.
- Ensure content is up-to-date and all required products are represented
- Work with the agencies to ensure vanity pages are set up properly for campaigns
- Maintain API connections with outside providers
- Ensure Updates to Sales Rep Locator and Rep Locator are maintained.
Field Requests
- Manage all incoming requests from the field, including downloading to agency or placing orders from vendors. Manage timelines and ensure projects are completed correctly and delivered on time.
Material Creation
- Review all communications materials for spelling/grammar or formatting errors.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity to meet tight deadlines and ensure rapid turnaround of projects.
- Manage calendars and due dates and follow up with comms lead and agency to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with agency contacts for support with content and design standards to maintain consistency across all materials.
Interactive with the Customer Database
- Become familiar with the US database and how to do pull lists and run queries.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to gather and coordinating input from a variety of sources into a single document.
- Basic understanding of the various tools and media used for communications such as print, digital, social media, radio, PR, e-blasts, direct mail, etc.
- Excellent organizational and file management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects at one time.
