Job Description

Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist (On-site & Full-Time)

Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role

Kyra is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in proposal development, visual communication, and strategic marketing, particularly within public sector, infrastructure, transportation, or consulting environments.

You will work closely with Business Development leaders, technical teams, and global marketing stakeholders to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and thought leadership content that help Kyra win and position for complex public sector opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain high quality marketing and business development materials
  • Format and enhance RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for clarity, compliance, and professionalism
  • Create proposal graphics, diagrams, workflows, infographics, and tables
  • Support capture and pursuit efforts (storyboards, win themes, content mapping)
  • Translate technical and operational input into persuasive marketing narratives
  • Develop presentations for client meetings, conferences, and internal strategy sessions
  • Produce newsletters and thought leadership content (one pagers, white papers, articles, visual assets)
  • Support pre RFP positioning, competitive messaging, and market research
  • Manage proposal workflows, version control, quality reviews, and content repositories
  • Maintain templates, style guides, content calendars, and Tolling specific visual standards
  • Support website updates and ensure alignment with Kyra brand and public sector standards
  • Track high level engagement metrics (LinkedIn, newsletters, content usage)
  • Support onboarding with templates, brand guidance, and documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 36 years of experience in marketing design, proposal support, or visual communications
  • Experience in B2B, public sector, and/or professional services environments (preferred)
  • Proposal and capture experience in government or regulated environments (strongly preferred)
  • Portfolio demonstrating proposal graphics, long form documents, and marketing collateral (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong visual communication and long form document design skills
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (complex, long form documents)
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to simplify technical content into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and quality control mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with AI assisted content/design tools and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams)
  • Awareness of public sector accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) preferred
