Marketing & Content Strategist
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative thinker to join our Payment Integrity SGU as a Marketing & Content Strategist. In this role, you will act as a critical liaison between the PI business and corporate marketing team, responsible for identifying, developing, & delivering compelling collaterals/assets that showcases our expertise and ensuring alignment between business goals and marketing execution. This role requires a blend of content creation expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen EXLs market presence and support sales enablement. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the payment integrity industry, US Healthcare, and a strong ability to translate business insights into engaging narratives and strategic outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Storytelling
- Identify and develop compelling stories, including case studies, white papers, playbooks and points of view (POV), that highlight our value proposition & client successes.
- Develop initial drafts of case studies and narratives based on the business inputs, ensuring stories resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing team to refine collaterals with technical writing, enhance visuals, and ensure materials align with brand guidelines
Project Management & Reporting
- Serve as the primary link between the Payment Integrity SGU and the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and alignment on marketing initiatives and content development.
- Lead end-of-the-end lifecycle of marketing/sales collaterals from ideation to publication /distribution in marketing & sales campaigns
- Track & report on the progress of deliverables, provide regular updates to leadership, and measure impact of materials on pipeline growth.
- Maintain a repository of all marketing assets and ensure timely updates based on market feedback
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
- Analyze market dynamics, including technological advancements and shifts within the healthcare and payment integrity landscape, to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
- Support branding activities for the Payment Integrity business unit, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall company brand.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis (SWOT, pricing, market share, customer base) to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with product teams to translate technical offerings into customer-centric messaging for campaigns.
- Support branding initiatives and ad-hoc requests to maintain consistent EXL's brand voice across channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy, B2B product marketing, or business consulting, preferably in healthcare / payment integrity / AI
- Proven track record of developing market strategies, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and present complex information clearly
- Experience in developing various types of marketing content (case studies, white papers, videos, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & video making tools
