1. JOB PURPOSE
To serve as the primary architect of the Together Group's visual and narrative identity. This role ensures that every client touchpointfrom high-stakes board presentations forGlobal Brandsto pan-India retail activationsreflects our commitment to engineering precision, global brand standards, and Audit-Strong reliability.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Client Presentations:Develop sophisticated, minimalist, and high-impact PowerPoint decks for C-suite meetings. Translate complex logistical data and operational workflows into clear, professional narratives.
Brand Implementation & Oversight:Serve as the brand guardian across all SBUs (Events, Health, Utsav). Ensure that multiple client activations (Retail, Corporate, and Industrial) strictly adhere to global guidelines.
Multi-SBU Content Strategy:Tailor communications to diverse sectorsmanaging the
Consumer/Wellness tone forTogether Healthand the Corporate/Technical tone forTogether Events.
Digital Presence Management:Curate and manage the group's professional footprint on LinkedIn and Instagram, focusing on B2B thought leadership, project milestones, and corporate success stories.
Collateral Design:Create Audit-Strong post-event reports, case studies, and marketing onepagers that reinforce our ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Experience:35 years in a Brand Management or Creative Strategy role within an Agency (e.g., Ogilvy, Grey) or a Corporate Marketing team handling global accounts likeP&G, L&T, or Accenture.
Technical Proficiency:*Expert Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint(essential for subtle corporate decks).
Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop) andCanva.
Basic video editing skills for event highlights and hospitality showcases.

Grid & Guideline Discipline:Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring 100% alignment with stringent client brand books.
