Role Summary
We are looking for a Communications Manager to lead DPA's internal and external communications, PR, media relations, leadership thought leadership, and social media content. The role will work closely with the CMO, marketing, creative teams, and leadership to ensure consistent and strategic brand communication aligned with the company's growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
External Communications & PR
Develop and execute external communication and PR strategy.
Build relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
Draft press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles.
Manage PR agency and track media coverage and sentiment.
Identify speaking opportunities, awards, and media features for leadership.
Leadership Thought Leadership
Work with senior leaders to develop thought leadership content.
Create LinkedIn posts, articles, and op-eds for leadership visibility.
Support leadership branding across global media platforms.
Plan and manage a quarterly thought leadership calendar.
Internal Communications
Manage internal communication across the organization.
Draft leadership messages, announcements, and newsletters.
Support HR with employer branding and culture communications.
Social Media & Content
Write content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Support digital team with content ideas and campaign messaging.
Collaborate with the creative team for engaging content.
Brand Voice & Content Quality
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication tone.
Review and edit content from internal teams and agencies.
Maintain communication guidelines and messaging frameworks.
