Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead brand positioning, social media strategy, and overall communication across digital channels.
This role will be instrumental in shaping how the brand is perceived across social media, website, campaigns, events, and partnerships, while ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication Strategy
- Define and drive brand messaging, positioning, and overall narrative
- Ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints, including social media, website, campaigns, and marketing collaterals
- Translate complex business offerings into clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging
Social Media Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy with a strong focus on LinkedIn for B2B audiences
- Oversee content calendars, storytelling frameworks, and platform strategy
- Drive leadership profiling and enhance executive visibility
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize based on analytics and insights
Content & Messaging Ownership
- Own and manage messaging across:
- Website content
- Campaign narratives
- Sales collaterals (presentations, case studies, brochures)
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and motion teams to ensure high-quality output
Campaigns, Partnerships & Events
- Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels
- Drive brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
- Plan and manage event participation, including messaging and communication strategy
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance across social and digital platforms
- Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and content strategy
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team for campaign alignment
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with content, social media, design, motion, and performance marketing teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required
Requirements
- Experience: 4–8 years in marketing, brand management, or social media roles
- Strong experience in B2B, Technology, SaaS, Cloud, or Data Center domains
- Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience in brand positioning and messaging
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
- Ability to manage campaigns, content, and cross-functional coordination effectively
AI Tools (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, copy assistance, social media optimization, and basic automation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
Certifications (Plus)
- Digital Marketing certifications
- Social media or content marketing certifications
- Google Analytics, Meta, or LinkedIn certifications
