About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Manager to support our digital presence and build strong visibility and reach across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing content, social media, digital campaigns, and website functions. You'll work closely with the Senior Mnangement to execute digital strategies that drive brand engagement, inquiries, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Management

• Manage content calendars and postings across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Work with the design team to create visually rich, brand-aligned content
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on insights

2. Website & E-commerce Support

• Assist in updating product pages, banners, and blogs on the company website
• Collaborate on SEO efforts to enhance organic reach
• Ensure smooth UX and coordinate with developers for minor web updates

3. Campaigns & Digital Ads

• Support execution of Meta and Google ad campaigns asset coordination, targeting inputs, and performance tracking
• Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations and campaign calendars

4. Email Marketing & Lead Generation

• Create and schedule email newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or similar
• Maintain CRM lists and support basic lead funnel strategies

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track digital KPIs across platforms, followers, engagement, CTRs, bounce rate
• Share fortnightly reports with actionable insights

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields (MBA Preferred)
• 5 years of digital marketing experience (agency or brand-side preferred)
• Strong grasp of social media trends, content creation, and brand communication
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Zoho, Brevo, Google My Business
• Basic SEO and e-commerce knowledge (Shopify & WordPress)
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about design/art
