Marketing Communications Executive

We're looking for a sharp, word-smart marketing communicator who loves crafting crisp content and isn't afraid to experiment. You'll be the engine behind our case studies, sales content, and social media presence-working with predefined templates and AI tools to produce high-quality, consistent marketing assets at speed.

Job Title: Marketing Communications Executive
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Pune (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Education: BBA / Marketing / Communications / English

Key Responsibilities

• Write and refine case study content by working with internal teams to extract key insights and populate predefined templates

• Convert raw inputs into clean, structured marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, battle cards)

• Support sales teams with compelling, story-driven content

• Manage and contribute to social media-captions, posts, short-form content

• Use AI tools actively to draft, enhance, and speed up content production

• Standardize marketing collateral into plug-and-play, reusable formats

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to keep messaging sharp and consistent

Must Have Skills

• Excellent written English - clear, concise, and compelling

• Strong storytelling and brevity skills (saying more with less)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)

• Ability to work within templates and standardize content at scale

• Experience in marketing communications or content writing

• Social media content creation experience

Good to Have

• Basic PowerPoint/presentation skills

• Exposure to software or the IT industry marketing

• Basic design sensibility (Canva or similar)
