Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to support events, manage collateral, and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support industry engagement events, conferences, launches, and Bi-annual Technical Meetings (BTM)
• Develop and coordinate marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, websites, and posters
• Manage external vendors for events, videos, corporate gifts, and production materials
• Create and manage content across eNewsletters, social media, and video platforms
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and messaging with internal stakeholders
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, and workback schedules for seamless execution
• Provide project management support through meeting coordination and stakeholder follow-ups.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with strong project management skills, including multitasking, budgeting, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and driving tasks to completion.
