Role Overview
The Marketing Communication Specialist (L1) will support the development and execution of communication strategies across internal and external channels for both RR and Zapcom .
The role involves creating high-quality content, managing media relations, and ensuring message consistency in line with brand positioning.
This is an execution-focused position designed to strengthen storytelling, engagement, and visibility across business units. Speaking with External PR vendors / Teams to post the communication.

Required Skills & Experience
- Assist in developing and implementing integrated communication and content strategies.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for internal newsletters, LinkedIn, website , and campaigns.
- Support external PR and media coordination tracking coverage, drafting releases, and maintaining media lists.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams for internal communications (events, announcements, campaigns).
- Ensure brand voice consistency across platforms, following corporate guidelines.
- Maintain a content calendar and assist in campaign planning/execution.
- Track and report engagement metrics for communication initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative and design teams to deliver assets on time.
- 0.62 years of experience in marketing, corporate communication, or content creation.
- Strong writing and editing skills ability to adapt tone across internal/external audiences.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media communication.
- Familiarity with brand and campaign communication best practices.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
