Role Overview

The Marketing & Operations Manager will be responsible for all campaigns and marketing activities including digital marketing and content creation, also lead all marketing, branding, and demand-generation initiatives at Robro Systems. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies, strengthen our market presence, and fuel business growth in the industrial automation and manufacturing sectors.
The candidate should have a strong background in B2B industrial marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align marketing with business and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company vision, product roadmap, and sales objectives.
    Build and lead a high-performing marketing team covering digital, brand, and field marketing functions.
  • Brand & Positioning
    Define, enhance, and maintain Robro's brand identity, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
    Strengthen Robro's positioning as an industry leader in AI-based inspection and automation solutions.
  • Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing
    Design and implement digital campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and content marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads and brand visibility.
    Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, nurturing, and conversion goals.
  • Content & Communication
    Oversee creation of high-quality marketing content case studies, whitepapers, videos, presentations, and press releases tailored for industrial B2B audiences.
  • Events & Partnerships
    Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, product demos, and exhibitions to build brand presence and connect with key customers and partners.
  • Market Research & Competitive Insights
    Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor moves, and market opportunities.
    Use insights to guide strategy and product messaging.
  • Performance & Analytics
    Track and analyze key marketing metrics (lead flow, conversion rates, campaign ROI, website traffic).
    Present data-driven insights and improvement plans to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to refine go-to-market strategy, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Budget & Vendor Management
    Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI and efficiency.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in industrial B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Proven success in brand building, digital marketing, and lead generation within automation, manufacturing, or technology sectors.

  • Strong command of marketing tools — CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

  • Excellent communication, design, branding and presentation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events, exhibitions, and customer visits.
  • Deep understanding of SEO essentials.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growing technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to build marketing infrastructure and teams from the ground up.
