We're part of an AI product studio that ships real software, not slide decks. Yoinkme is a live product. The one thing it doesn't have yet: someone who owns growth like their name is on the cap table.

The Role

You own everything between product exists and $100k MRR. The entire GTM motion is yours: acquisition, activation, retention, the full funnel, every channel, every experiment. You build the growth engine from zero, you run it, and once it's working, you build and stretch the team under you.

This is not a manage-the-content-calendar job. This is how you decide how this company grows, and you make it happen.

What you'll do

Build and run the entire go-to-market and growth strategy from scratch. Own the full funnel: signups, activation, retention, revenue. Take Yoinkme from early traction to $100k MRR Run a fast cadence of growth experiments and double down on what works. Hire and lead a growth team as we scale

What you need

Proven SaaS growth marketing experience. You've taken a product from early traction to real revenue before. You know what actually moves the needle versus what just looks busy. No prior SaaS growth, no fit.

The honest part

No salary right now. This is a founder bet. The upside is founder-level equity, a serious stake, not a token option grant. If you want a paycheck this month, this isn't it. If you want to own a real piece of something you build, read on.
