Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing & Business Growth professional who can independently manage marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, generate business opportunities, and drive growth through effective communication and digital marketing

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies for business growth.

· Manage ThinkStartup's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

· Create engaging social media content and campaigns.

· Track trends and improve reach, engagement.

· Create marketing content, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

· Track campaign performance and marketing metrics.

· Coordinate with internal teams to execute effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

· 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the EdTech industry.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong content creation abilities.

· Hands-on experience in social media marketing, especially Instagram.

· Strong understanding of lead generation, business growth, social media trends, and analytics.

· Creative, proactive, result-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple tasks.
