Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Marketing & Business Development to drive new business, customer acquisition and revenue growth in the aerospace, engineering and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers and industrial clients.
- Generate leads, RFQs and business opportunities and drive them through enquiry to order conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Promote Wingspann's aerospace manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
- Develop business opportunities for 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing using Markforged X10.
- Identify applications for 3D-printed components, tooling, fixtures, prototypes and engineering solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations and sales reports.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new business segments.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales and business development targets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales/marketing/business development.
- Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing or Additive Manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D Printing and Markforged X10 will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills.
- Result-oriented with good networking and business development capabilities.
