Role Summary
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to onboard brands across diverse industries for Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and creating strategic marketing solutions while guiding brands through their campaign journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads; onboard brands from diverse industries
- Expand business into untapped sectors and solution-unaware prospects
- Create marketing strategies, online media plans, and proposal decks
- Pitch influencer marketing and social media marketing solutions
- Act as a strategic point of contact during pre-sales and early execution
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales (marketing/digital agency preferred)
- Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing to design and implement compelling campaigns across platforms.
- Proven expertise in Sales to identify business opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
