Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Officer to expand our client base, identify new business opportunities, and build strong, long-term partnerships in the photography, video production, and creative marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities across industries such as e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Pitch our photography and video production services to brands, agencies, and startups.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop impactful project proposals.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate business pipelines.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Interview, screen & hire to build a powerful sales team.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication (MBA is a plus).

2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative agency, photography, or digital marketing environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A self-starter with a proactive approach to reaching out to clients.

Passion for media, creativity, and building brands through storytelling.

Living in or nearby Noida region.
