Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida Sector 94, for a Marketing Business Development Manager. The role involves building and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. You will design and implement marketing strategies, oversee social media campaigns, and drive brand initiatives to ensure revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and preparing regular progress reports will also form part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to initiate, manage, and nurture client relationships, along with identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience in designing and executing marketing strategies, as well as creating impactful brand-building campaigns.
• Digital expertise, including proficiency in Social Media Marketing, content creation, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data, along with capabilities in preparing actionable metrics-driven reports.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to align teams and achieve business goals.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or similar fields will be considered advantageous.
