The Marketing Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic marketing plans. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end business development processes, collaborating with internal teams for campaign execution, analyzing market trends, and developing proposals to attract and retain clients. The role also emphasizes identifying partnerships and alliances for long-term success.

• Business Development and Relationship Management skills, including lead generation, client collaboration, and partnership building.
• Strategic Marketing and Campaign Planning expertise to design and execute targeted marketing initiatives.
• Analytical and Research skills, with the ability to identify market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and Negotiation skills to create compelling proposals and close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including online advertising, social media, and influencer marketing, is a plus.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar environments is highly advantageous.
