Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Business Development Executive role based in the Pune Division. The person in this role identifies and develops new business opportunities, building and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects. Daily responsibilities include researching target accounts, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. The role involves managing early-stage client relationships, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing teams to align campaigns with market feedback. The executive monitors key performance metrics, prepares concise reports, and continuously refines outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a qualified opportunity pipeline.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of B2B buying cycles, market dynamics, and revenue-focused metrics.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and confidently.
- Experience in Account Management, including nurturing relationships, tracking client needs, and supporting smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
- Experience in B2B marketing or sales environments, ideally in technology, data-driven marketing, or SaaS.
- Comfort working with CRM platforms and basic sales/marketing tools; ability to interpret data to guide outreach strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
