The studio offers programs such as yoga, dance, fitness, and activity-based learning for children and women, fostering confidence, well-being, and overall growth in a safe and engaging environment.

Location: Soulsprout Studio

Experience: 6 Months - 3+ years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days working (Monday/ Tuesday week off)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development professional who is willing to go extra miles to drive marketing initiatives and business growth for the studio through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media platforms and content strategy
• Generate leads and drive enrollments for studio programs
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, communities, and local networks
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
• Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and outreach activities
• Track campaign performance and optimize for better results

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development
• Excellent communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and analytics
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Creative thinking with a proactive approach
