Position: Marketing & Business Development Executive Local Markets (B2C & B2B)

Location: Dehradun (Field-based role)

About the Organization Foreka (Heart in Hills Private Limited)

Foreka is a purpose-driven food brand focused on producing minimally processed, cold-pressed edible oils directly sourced from Indian farmers. We work closely with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and rural communities to ensure fair trade, sustainable livelihoods, and honest food for consumers.

Our vision is simple: To bring wholesome, minimally processed food from Indian villages to the world while empowering rural communities to grow and thrive.

Foreka operates across B2C and B2B channels and is actively building strong local markets through experiential, on-ground engagement.

Role Objective

To drive local brand visibility, footfall, and revenue generation through structured offline marketing and local B2C & B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Marketing & Promotions

Flyer distribution in:

o

Residential societies

o

Parks & morning walk zones

o

High footfall markets

Canopy-based promotions at:

o

Parks

o

Societies

o

Exhibitions & fairs

o

High footfall public areas

Brand promotion at exhibitions and local events

Collect customer enquiries and feedback

2. Retail & Promotion Tie-ups

Onboard and manage:

o

Premium grocery & organic stores

o

Specialty food stores

Coordinate sampling & demo activities

Maintain retailer relationships

3. Local B2C & B2B Business Development

Lead generation, pitching, and order closure with:

o

Restaurants & cafs

o

Hotels & homestays

o

A+ General Trade (GT) stores

o

Pickle manufacturers

o

Natural & organic product companies

Follow-ups and repeat order generation

Targets & Incentives

Month 1 (Onboarding Month)

Revenue Target: 1,00,000

Fixed Support / Retainer: 15,000 - 17,000

After 1,00,000 Revenue

Incentive: 4% of net revenue generated

Applicable on confirmed & collected orders

Performance Metrics

Revenue generated (B2C + B2B)

Number of active outlets onboarded

Footfall & enquiry data

Execution discipline & reporting

Relationship quality with partners

Strong communication & people skills
