Job Description

Position title: Marketing/Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities

  • 1+ yeasr of experience in Marketing/Business Development
  • Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, solution mapping, proposal creation, negotiation and closure.
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns and personalised messaging to accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and produce timely sales forecasts, activity reports and pipeline analytics.
  • Coordinate with marketing to convert inbound leads, run account-based initiatives and support content-driven outreach.
  • Represent the business at on-site client meetings and trade shows to build long-term relationships and partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; 2+ years of B2B sales, marketing or business development experience with a proven track record of pipeline generation and deal closure. Willingness to work on-site and travel across India as required.
