JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their team remotely in India. This person will act as the first line of triage for the marketing process and marketing automation platform issues and challenges, diagnosing problems and coordinating resolutions. The team works with tech platforms including but not limited to Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and PowerBI. He/she will collaborate across marketing stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they will monitor and measure marketing process performance, using data-driven insights and provide support to marketing team members on campaign operations processes and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient marketing campaign execution. He/she will create and maintain process documents, training materials, and FAQs to help the team self-service. Pay Rate: $13-$23/hr USD Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Marketing Operations role
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortability working across different teams and stakeholders
• Marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree
