- Lead digital transformation through data-driven strategies for enhanced engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Integrate brand and digital strategies to improve customer experience and market visibility.
- Champion innovation and position the company as a future-ready, technology-driven brand.

A. Brand Leadership & Strategy
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand vision, positioning, and annual brand plans.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across markets and channels.
- Allocate resources effectively and drive brand visibility, credibility, and advocacy.

B. Brand Communication & Activation
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Lead multi-city brand activations, events, and media initiatives.
- Anticipate communication trends; evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and challenge creative & media agencies for high-quality output.
- Support regional teams with GTM plans and promotional alignment.
C. Digital Marketing Leadership
Responsibilities
- Drive digital-first communication; strengthen brand presence across platforms.
- Lead SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social media, email, and display campaigns.
- Use analytics to optimize ROI and conversion funnels.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital tools, tech, and consumer trends.

5. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Essential: Master's in Business Management/Communication from a premier institute.
Experience
- 1618 years in Marketing for domestic/international consumer brands.
- Strong exposure to brand building, brand repositioning, portfolio management.
- FMCG/FMCD/Auto experience preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and customer insights.
- Experience in large-format events and multi-city activations.
