Job Description

Role: Marketing & Brand Manager

Location: Gurugram (On-site) Full-time

Leading a team of 2–3

Reports to Co-founder

4–7 years experience

BRB is a better-for-you, mass-premium snacking brand built for India's urban, health-aware Gen-Z

consumer. Our Popped Chips — made without frying or baking — anchor the brand, distributed across

q-commerce, Amazon, modern retail, vending machines, corporates, and HORECA. We are expanding

rapidly with two sub-brands and a growing portfolio.

Parent brand - BRB Popped Chips — Potato, Rice & Corn

Sub-brand - BRB Shortcuts - Peanut Butter Wafers

Sub-brand - BRB NoNo's - Baked Toasties

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Social media & creator ecosystem

End-to-end management of social presence on IG and YT — content calendar, agency coordination,

influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations. Manage paid content boosting for reach and awareness.

Offline events & sampling activations

Conceptualize and execute small-to-mid-size events at music festivals, college campuses, and corporate

offices, with a focus on brand sampling and content creation. Oversee the upcoming BRB food truck rollout as a flagship marketing initiative.

Brand content & campaigns

Own content strategy and production for all brand marketing needs. Plan and execute campaigns tied to

moments like IPL or seasonal occasions. Drive new product launch marketing — branding, content rollout,

and go-to-market communication.

CRM & emailers

Manage email communication to BRB's existing consumer database — including content, scheduling,

segmentation, and performance tracking.

Team & vendor management

Lead a team of 2–3 marketing executives. Own relationships with creative agencies, content vendors,

influencer managers, and event partners. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including sales,

product, and operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

  • 4–7 years in brand or marketing roles, preferably FMCG, food & beverage, or D2C / consumer brands
  • Proven track record running social-first brand campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or a small in-house team
  • Hands-on experience with offline activations or on-ground event marketing

Skills

  • Strong creative sensibility — able to brief, evaluate, and iterate on content
  • Comfortable with IG, YT, and content boosting mechanics
  • Basic familiarity with email marketing tools
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously

Cultural fit

  • Genuine affinity for Gen-Z culture — social media trends, music, food, and internet humor
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity
  • Ownership mindset — ideates, plans, executes, and communicates independently

Not required

  • Performance marketing or paid acquisition expertise (managed separately)
  • Q-commerce or Amazon advertising experience
  • Technical / D2C growth marketing background
