Job Description: The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and
executing brand and marketing strategies to strengthen Avaan's positioning in logistics and
consumer services. The role involves planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns
across digital and offline channels to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand identity, communication, and creative assets across touchpoints.
- Drive consumer engagement through digital marketing, social media, and offline activations.
- Coordinate with field teams, design agencies, and media partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy.
Skills Required:
- 35 years of experience in brand management, marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, campaign management,
and branding.
- Expertise in social media management, content strategy, and online engagement.
- Experience in public relations, brand communication, and building media relationships.
- Ability to partner in business communication and ensure consistent brand messaging across
stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with the sales team to support business goals.
- Hands-on experience in offline marketing, on-ground activations, and field-level brand visibility.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand values into impactful campaigns.
- Experience in logistics, consumer goods, or services industry preferred
