Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview:

We're looking for an efficient problem solver with Marketo experience and project management skills. You must be process oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. We need a detail-oriented team player who can work collaboratively and build bridges with stakeholders on multiple teams. You will be responsible for campaign execution, Marketo optimization, stakeholder management and external-facing email communication.

About Role

• Design, create, and optimize emails and landing pages in Marketo
• Upload event lists and maintain data hygiene in Marketo
• Assemble marketing program performance reports via Marketo and Salesforce
• Work with campaign managers, creative teams, and peers to execute global and regional marketing campaigns
• Develop and document new project execution processes and train stakeholders to adopt processes
• Create Marketo program templates
• Manage marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resources

About You:

• Experience: 2+ years using Marketo
• Marketing ticket execution and campaign experience
• Effective problem solver: You easily anticipate and spot key business issues as opportunities and quickly solve complex problems by proposing recommendations and fixes
• You are a strong individual contributor and an independent thinker. Though your work is self-directed, you know when to ask for support or collaboration
• You prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• You're comfortable with ambiguity. You know how to structure complex issues and take a hypothesis driven approach to problem solving.
