Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation Campaign Management
- Plan and execute campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications
- Design and manage end-to-end customer journeys for website and mobile app users
- Ensure personalized and seamless communication across all touchpoints
Customer Lifecycle Data Strategy
- Analyze customer behavior and create segmented user journeys
- Build and implement trigger-based campaigns for engagement and retention
- Improve customer lifetime value (LTV) through targeted communication
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance
CRM Tools Technology
- Work on marketing automation platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage (minimum one required)
- Create and optimize workflows, funnels, and campaign logic
- Stay updated with latest trends in CRM and marketing automation
Reporting Compliance
- Track campaign performance and report on KPIs (CTR, conversion, retention, ROI)
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy guidelines
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Automation / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation
- Experience in campaign optimization and reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
