Plan My Tour is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our customer communication and automation ecosystem. This role will focus on creating automated customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and retention strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage email marketing & WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys and workflows.
- Segment audiences for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Manage lead nurturing and customer retention initiatives.
- Execute email, WhatsApp, and marketing automation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Social Media, and Paid Ads teams.
- Generate regular performance reports and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Dotdigital, Wati, Interakt, Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WhatsApp automation.
- Understanding of customer retention strategies.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or service-based industries is a plus.
