About the Role:
As part of our global marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping personalized digital experiences for customers and partners across more than 30 countries. We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the strategy, design, and execution of personalized digital journeys across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, build, and optimization of multi-country customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Develop and execute complex customer journeys and marketing automations by deeply understanding how Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM connectors interactincluding their data structures and data flows.
- Conduct data analysis, run structured A/B tests, and optimize KPIs across segments and regions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders marketing, sales, data teams, and developers to translate business goals into scalable MarTech solutions
- Drive end-to-end processes while ensuring high-quality, personalized customer experiences
Qualifications:
- 2 years in Marketing Automation / Customer Journey roles
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) must
- Experience with Salesforce CRM advantage
- SQL expertise required; familiarity with AMPscript and JavaScript is a significant advantage.
- This is a highly hands-on technical role; curiosity and eagerness to learn are essentials.
- Ability to explore, investigate, and self-learn within the Salesforce suite to uncover new capabilities and best practices, proactively solving business cases and driving innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written) must
