Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Automation Specialist, located in Mohali district. The Marketing Automation Specialist will oversee marketing automation campaigns, analyze marketing performance data, manage lead generation strategies, and implement web analytics insights. The role calls for someone detail-oriented and passionate about optimizing marketing processes, driving automation strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Automation and Marketing
• Expertise in developing and executing Lead Generation strategies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing automation tools and workflows
• Implement and manage automation in HubSpot, Marketo, and Zapier.
• Design end-to-end marketing funnels from lead capture to nurturing and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Track and report on automation performance and conversion metrics.
