Job Description
We are looking for a
high-performance marketer who understands both media buying and automation deeply. This is not a traditional campaign manager role.
Your core responsibility is to
scale lead generation profitably using AI, automation, and performance frameworks across Google and Meta. You will be expected to reduce manual dependency, improve lead quality, and build systems that scale across multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
If you are only good at campaign setup and reporting, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing (Core)
- Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Conversion, Retargeting)
- Manage multi-project campaigns (20+ projects simultaneously) with budget efficiency
- Optimize towards CPL, Cost per Site Visit, and Sales-qualified leads
- Build high-converting full-funnel structures (TOF → MOF → BOF)
- AI & Automation Implementation
- Implement and manage automation tools like:
- AI bid optimization layers
- Lead scoring models
- Automated rules (budget shifts, pausing poor performers)
- Integrate tools like:
- Zapier / Make (Integromat) / n8n
- CRM integrations (LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Build workflows such as:
- Instant lead distribution to sales teams
- Auto-follow-ups (WhatsApp, Email)
- Lead qualification based on behavior signals
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Work closely with landing page teams to:
- Improve CVR (not just traffic)
- Reduce drop-offs
- Run continuous A/B testing on:
- Creatives (especially video-first for Meta)
- Landing pages
- Ad copies
- Optimize for lead quality, not just volume
- Data, Tracking & Attribution
- Set up and manage:
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- Conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Offline Conversions)
- Build accurate attribution models:
- First-click vs Last-click vs Data-driven
- Track down:
- Fake leads
- Duplicate leads
- Junk CPL sources
- Creative Strategy (Critical in Real Estate)
- Guide video production teams with:
- Hooks that convert (first 3 seconds matters)
- Localized messaging (Bangalore micro-markets)
- Identify winning patterns:
- Price-led vs Lifestyle-led vs Urgency creatives
- Scale what works aggressively
- Team & Vendor Management
- Work with internal performance team (3+ members)
- Coordinate with:
- Creative agencies
- Landing page teams
- CRM teams
- Ensure execution speed and accountability
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in performance marketing (Google + Meta mandatory)
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation (high budgets)
- Hands-on with AI automation tools and workflow builders
- Strong understanding of Conversion tracking, Attribution &CRM integrations
- Experience managing ₹10L+ monthly budgets
- Ability to handle multi-project campaign structures
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI tools for ad optimization (e.g., Groas.ai, Revealbot, Madgicx)
- Knowledge of WhatsApp automation APIs and Call tracking tools
- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple cities (Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.)
