The Marketing Automation Manager plays a pivotal role on the team and act as an owner for outbound marketing tech stack and managing marketing and communication technologies. This individual will 1) influence marketing tech requirements, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs 2) support security and privacy audit processes and initiatives, and 3) manage channel health and operational performance metrics. You will regularly deep dive into issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing and communication stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver tools and templates that can scale globally.
Compile and analyze outbound channel health and operational data, providing reports to operations and marketing teams that highlight top and bottom performing campaigns.
Recommend and implement new ideas (project plans, collaborations with internal and external teams) to optimize program performance.
Assist with global security and privacy audit processes to identify gaps across Amazon Business Marketing organization.
Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.
